2.How to become a Primary Member or Star Member?

3.Why did my member ID fail to be accepted during the registration process?
A member ID must be 3-20 characters (No space or punctuation marks). If your member ID has the characters beyond the above limit, your registration will be rejected. Every member ID is unique, thus, when your member ID is a repetition, you'll also be rejected. We suggest you choose another member ID.

4. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
